This course will help the learners effectively pursue their ambition of learning and performing Piano & Keyboards. This course trains students in: Identifying Notes on the Piano Reading the Grand Staff (Treble Clef & Bass Clef) Play songs with backing tracks Becoming eligible for the Basic Course.
This course will help the learners play songs with the help of backing tracks. We will understand the importance of scales in music in all keys (Circle of Fifth), which will help us create new songs. In this course, the learner will understand the concept of melody, rhythm and harmony in detail. The course trains students in: ● Playing all Major & Minor scales, Exotic Scales - Blues & Pentatonic ● Learning the chord scale theory and how to improvise with it ● Learning how to play 80 popular chord progressions ● Playing songs from genres like Pop & Hindi film music from the piano song bank - Artists like R.D Burman, Coldplay, Billy Joel, John Lennon and many more
This course will help the learners understand the importance of song-writing, improvisation and dive into the world of Jazz. Once the student learns all the scales in all keys (Circle of Fifth), chord-scale theory and piano voicings/voice leading, they will use this knowledge to create songs & improvise. In this course, the learner will understand the concept of melody, rhythm, and harmony. The course trains students in: ● Playing Chord-Scale Relationship and how to improvise with it ● Learning Jazz Standards & famous Blues Tunes ● Learning how to voice the different chord progressions and extensions used while playing the chords. Learning the concept of Reharmonization. ● Playing songs from genres like Pop & Hindi film music from the piano song bank.
