Sudhanshu Shome

Sudhanshu Shome is a trained Hindustani Classical vocalist from the Darbhanga Gharana, having learned under the Guru-Shishya Parampara. A recipient of the Ministry of Culture Scholarship for Classical Music, he holds a Master’s, M.Phil, and UGC-NET qualification in Hindustani Vocal Music, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from the University of Mumbai. He serves as Visiting Faculty at Mumbai University’s Department of Music and trains advanced Pop and Film Music students at Artium Academy. A Top 15 finalist of Bharat Ki Shaan, Sudhanshu has worked as a backing vocals head and recorded with renowned composers like Vishal Bhardwaj, Tanishk Bagchi, and B Praak.
