Its scale takes shuddha rishabha (R₁), shuddha gandhara (G₁), shuddha madhyama (M₁), shatsruti dhaivata (D₃), and kakali nishada (N₃), with Sa and Pa fixed as always. As a sampoorna parent scale it uses all seven swaras in strict order, both ways.
